I never received any calls or package on my porch, ordered the 6th schedule delivery was 16th it's now the 22nd & still no motor or refund that I requested. I am extremely dissatisfied with the atrocious service I have been given.Reply from: overloadind- Feedback replied by seller overloadind.- Feedback replied by seller overloadind.We have been in contact with you since your first message was sent to us. USPS states the motor was dropped off at your Parcel Locker. If you provided the wrong delivery address this is where the problem is. USPS will not except drop off instructions, they deliver all items to where the see fit. Please check with your Local Post Office to determine where your Parcel Locker is located. Thank you

He has issued a full refund to me for the item which was damaged by Fed Ex. The seller ended taking a full loss on the doors and all the shipping costs he had incurred through Fed Ex. Extremely unfortunate situation for him. He ended up going out of his way and taking a big a loss in order to make things right for the customer.
