The pictures of the green look to be fluorescent green but the product is more a grass green. I told the seller and I agreed to keep it. It will be useful for trial and error for laying the vinyl. It's a great product at a great price. The seller is AAA at responding to your question. They deserve a positive review. The picture of the product with a picture of the difference between fluorescent green.

Wrap quality is good for the price but Is super tacky so be careful when applying. Overall experience was okay but shipping was the worst and I had no communication from seller about anything . Contacted seller to initiate refund since it was past a week and no update at all . Took about 3 weeks to receive product so if you want to get a job done asap this may not be the best choice you have .
