Extremely rude & accusatory. I advised the ink received was dry. The ink would not print appropriately & an error message appeared on my printer. The ink was sealed however this ink may have been compromised or had a OEM issue . Seller accused me of printing out pages and then making a return request. I received the ink 10 days ago but I was away on business for the past 13 days, 1st day today using the “new ink”. Pics were sent of the ink & eBay was notified.Beware of bad business practices!
