Exclusively designed for use with the CAMEDIA digital cameras, this external flash unit combines power and versatile performance in a very compact, stylish form. With a high max. guide number of 20, the FL-20 ensures effective illumination while the manual, normal auto and auto TTL control modes allow the user the choice between full creativity or worry-free automatic operation. To meet the requirements of CCDs which are more sensitive than film, this model permits flash brightness adjustment in 1/8EV increments.

      Olympus FL-20 TTL Flash

      Purchased for Olympus C5050Z camera. Works as per Olympus manual. Raises the flash above the lens to allow the use of add-on lenses, such as Olympus WCON and TCON, also reduces red eye. Much more powerful than the built in flash, and the camera will allow both flashes to fire at the same time, to get even more light. Totally automatic if one wants - set to Auto TTL and exposure comes out great. There is an extra LED on the back of the flash to confirm proper exposure that will light if the shot was OK. It can also be used with the test button. The Auto mode uses the flash's built in light sensor so that the flash could be used on other cameras. A wide angle light diffuser is included to cover the field of view when using the WCON lens, and works well. A vinyl carry case is included as ...

      Perfect little flash

      What a great little flash unit. Is a great size and weight for use on most cameras plus still contains terrific features like Auto TTL and manual operation. The wide-angle diffuser is a bonus...works like a charm and comes with the unit. Overall perfect flash unit considering size, weight, functionality and value.
