Messaged seller, and with a photo of the steering box they were able to identify that it had been replaced with a ‘50-‘52 model steering box at some point over the years. They directed me to the right part. They accepted the return of the old part with full refund and shipped out the new part promptly. I will definitely use them again for future part needs.

I requested a replacement be sent which he promptly did and it arrived in 2 days later. Item seams to be of excellent quality, is in new condition and was an excellent value. The appearance is good as expected.
