Trolling motor
Overall I would say it is a good value, powerfull and quiet. I have a 17.5 ft boat the motor has plenty of power for it. Remote and foot control work good and love the qiuck connect bracket which is a must have in my opinion. I do have a few small issues with it however. On the way to the lake one the first trip out the motor released into the down position two times had to pull over and put a ratchet strap around it to keep it in place. Also out on the lake it releases going about 5mph. Surprised it does not come with a velcro strap to keep it locked in the out of water position. Also not to sure how accurate the battery meter is. Overall I would probably purchase again but only time will tell how it holds up. It's advertised it comes with a two year warranty which was the factor that ... The foot controller ,out of the undamaged box, was covered in some white material which did clean up except the controller screen which appears to be broken with this same white stuff on the inside of the screen. When plugged up the controller screen does work but still looks of poor quality. When using the remote, turning right, after a few inches of turn, will beep twice and stop turning or beep twice and shut off completely. I can see this to be quite annoying while using this devise.
