The Danes have come up with a great kitchen tool.
It a real workhorse in the kitchen. Nothing hand powered mixes nearly this well. This purchase replaces the broken handle on mine and is a couple of gifts. I've always used oil on the handle to preserve the wood, but it eventually gave out. A hint: I've used both the shorter handled ones and the longer and found that the shorter is easier to use. However, the longer one will reach the bottom of a deep vessel much easier at times. It a real workhorse in the kitchen. Nothing hand powered mixes nearly this well. I haven't had a chance to use this dough whisk yet, but am satisfied with the quality. It seems sturdy and well made, and should hold up well when mixing thick dough. Also, it was a good value. A nice addition to my kitchen utensil collection.

Danish Dough Hook
Just love it, really cuts down on making bread dough! Cleans easily, only draw back it the handle is wooden, but not varnished or painted. So it is not good to let it sit water, other than to clean and dry it.

Excellent for Mixing Cookie Dough
These are great for mixing thick dough, especially if you don't have a mixer with a dough hook. It works much better than a spoon. The dough seems to come out well mixed without being overdone or glutenous.
