I got what was advertised, it was shipped pretty quick and the price was so low that I really wouldn't complain, except for the fact that the sleeve that came with this kit (that supposedly fits launcher assemblies on Gottlieb machines) did not fit the stock plunger of my Mario Andretti import machine. I was able to trim it down to size but it wasn't easy nor convenient. Works okay for now but I'll probably order a correct replacement from a PB parts site eventually.

Straight forward plate. I used #10 wood screws and they worked well leaving a relatively flush surface. I used them on some tub chairs. See pic where I replaced all the brass coloured plates. The fit perfectly
