I ordered this repair kit for the 1/2 in. Craftsman ratchet. I am a experienced technician, work for Sears 15 years, never had a problem fixing these Ratchets. I ordered this kit and it was poorly forged, it did not fit, even though it stated it would fit my particular tool. I’ll order from another source and see if I can get this fixed.

Bought to repair a 44816. The pawl in the kit was about .040 thicker than the old one. It would not fit into the wrench. I cleaned up and re-sed the old pawl with its matching lever.
