Major design flaw causes inverter to constantly trip when max voltage is reached.
A major design flaw with this product. when maximum charging is reached and the mechanical solenoid trips to divert the load to the heat sinks, it creates a voltage surge from 28 to 35 volts (solar panel max output) and the 24 volt inverter trips off. In order to prevent this constant inverter trip, I had to install 2 capacitors between the inverter and the controller. As is, this product is a DESIGN FAILURE that requires the installation of capacitors in order to function as advertised. If you are an electrical engineer it's no big deal, if you are the Average Joe, this design flaw is a deal breaker.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
