Yet again though, someone at the international EBay hub marked it as new so I had to pay $23 to get it on top of what I paid for the garment and the postage. I am afraid that I will have to stop using EBay as this is the third time in two months. Not the fault of the seller, just the international hub. When an item is pre-loved, there are no duties and taxes applicable. If new, they are steep, .Please share this info!
