It is false advertising and a way to scam people because this is a 1 inch handlebar . I would agree to no return if the description and the item was right. I tried emailing this customer sending him messages and no response , I have spent thousands of dollars on eBay. I’m starting to doubt what kind of customer service and sellers we are working with.
