This 1:18 scale diecast '57 Chevy Nomad arrived in mint condition as listed -- terrific for a 20-year-old model stored in the box. Good online purchase experience. That's very uncommon. In regard to costs, I that 18x6x6 box costs about $1.75/each, all that extea packing material costs about $3 a car... and the freight itself averages about $12 for every car that I ship. Average weight is about 4 pounds. It's tough offering free shipping when my total cost is nearly a third of the cars price. I actually lose money on what I charge for shipping.
