The seller was very open and eager to start conversation, which is awesome and not something I see too much on eBay! The package was very carefully put together and shipped fast, and the item came matching the quality described in the seller’s description. I would highly highly highly recommend this seller.

Misleading. Picture shows an entire box of trading cards and listing states set of cards. Received 4 thin packs of card that were thrown into an oversized envelope wrapped in bubble wrap. No cardboard to assure the cards weren’t damaged, which they were. Contacted seller looking for a resolution and they want me to return the damaged cards for a $15 refund. $5.50 charge for media mail, rip off. They know what they’re doing.

It is stated if you read; in the title, along with the Item Specifics and the Item description from the seller sections, that the item is a 4- PACK lot set. We show the box and the packs to help with the transparency due to the fact that some of the Packs are imported and we do not speak or read the language. We offered you a full refund and it was not good enough because you are looking for something free.

You use the same exact photos as other sellers who are selling the entire box for cheaper than you are selling 4 packs, so yes it’s very misleading. You offered a refund if I agreed to return the packs of cards to you, the packs that I told you were damaged due to your poor packaging. I’m not returning damaged items to you so you can then resell them to someone else. Typically as a seller you take ownership of mistakes, this clearly isn’t the case with this seller.
