    The first DVD sent came in shrink wrapped box and listed as new. However, when I opened the box the disk was scratched in several places. It stalled out at 12% in the installation process. I contacted the seller, who said these programs are shipped directly from their supplier and not through the seller. They had another disk sent and upon opening, found the disk to be in near perfect shape. Kuddos to seller for prompt response & hassle free replacement. Not impressed with their supplier.

From the time that I submitted the order to the time the replacement arrived, the seller was in constant contact via email, so replacing the broken ones was an easy process.
