Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints.     Excellent little device! Plays modern games at a relatively stable 60FPS with less fan noise than even the best Switch you can buy! Customisable, and really easy to get used to! Only thing I would be weary about is that the SD slot is known to fail on these, but that shouldn't be a problem if you have the knowledge about how to solve the issue.
