Worth Trying!
Most products claiming to improve your computers performance are a simple fail. Nothing perceivable in helpful change. This program however, does seem to show improvement, In startup time, and especially shutdown time, System Mechanic showed improvement on my older Dell PC. I've used Ccleaner and seen barely noticeable change in performance, but System Mechanic showed better gains and costs less. I would recommend and will probably purchase again. The only fault I saw was this is only a one year subscription whereas most of these types of system tools used to offer lifetime to original purchaser and PC installed on. On the other hand, this can be installed on multiple home PCs for the purchaser and having several in my household, that was a plus.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tried and true full featured program.
I have used this for over 10 years and have found it really does speed the computer up noticeably. It is a broad spectrum tool with a decent anti virus.
