Reviews"...A robust set that spins with dizzying disorientation....Bowie's armoury was being hastily assembled, though it was never deployed with such thrilling abandon again.", 3 stars out of 5 - "...a robust, sexually charged affair, thanks to a band comprising two-thirds of the future Spiders From Mars, ace guitarist Mick Ronson and drummer Mick 'Woody' Woodmansey, plus a hint of Moog...", "...a weird and supernatural tone....uniformly excellent....Bowie's music offers an experience that is as intriguing as it is chilling..."

  • A fantastic remix...

This is The Man Who Sold the World as it is and always should have been. Tony Visconti's 50th anniversary remix isn't a cynical attempt to make you buy yet another copy of a favourite album, it truly brings it to life and makes it sound like a new Bowie album. Even the tracks that didn't work so well for me now sound wonderful. The artwork is splendid and reflects Bowie as he was in this early era of his career - instead of dressing it up, as past editions have done, as an extension of the Ziggy Stardust era. You know you want it, so buy it! Bowie's best album after Ziggy? Quite probably!!!
