Over 30 screws and a toy in over 20 pieces, some completely broken. It didn’t say assembly required. The seller said they did it to save money on shipping, when I expressed that I was a upset they just said return it, I work during post office hours and had no opportunity so my husband spent 3 hours assembling it.Reply from: tertopherthode- Feedback replied by seller tertopherthode.- Feedback replied by seller tertopherthode.I offer free returns. She said she didn't have time to go to the Post Office. I told her I would give her a full refund. She said she was escalating this to eBay. If it was broken in shipping, the item was insured. She offered me $15 for this item. I wanted to give her a great deal, & tried to make her happy.
