It's just one of those things that happens occasionally. Nobody's fault. The seller despatched the item quickly and it arrived within the specified time estimate. You can trust this seller, this was my second purchase from them. The broken clasp could have happened to anyone, it certainly wasn't intentionally or purposefully sold this way.
