    Poor quality of the instructions

    The phone is not bad. I lowered the rating because of the poor quality of the instructions. How can you include 2 sections on memorizing phone numbers in the instructions and not write a word about how to reproduce the saved numbers. I remembered several numbers to quickly access without dialing, but I still can not reproduce any of the memorized numbers. Maybe AT&T will respond to me for this not entirely positive review.

    Good phone with caller ID screen

    I bought this phone because I wanted a caller ID screen which my old phone did not have. This phone has a screen but it is small and difficult to read. Still it is better than nothing so I can mostly avoid picking up the phone when I do not recognize the caller.( PS You must insert the batteries for the screen to work.)

    Perfect for a second line in the kitchen

    Works perfect as a second landline phone in the kitchen. Always good to have a corded phone in case the power goes out. Good sound and fits perfect on the wall. The only thing I wish it had was a lighted caller id, other than that it's a great phone for the price.
