    Absolutely Yellowstone-caliber yarn!

    This wonderful yarn is a typical Taylor Sheridan production, which is to say it has all the qualities of a major motion picture, only better. The writing, the dialog, the cinematography, the scenery, the costumes, the settings, the acting, every detail, right down to the guns and saddles, are true to the era and make you feel like you're standing in the west of the late 19th century. I will own every single production of the entire Yellowstone saga for my personal library, the minute they come out. My only disappointment is that my wife won't let me have Isabel May.

    A really great movie with exceptional acting.

    It is such a good story about the first Dutton to settle at Yellowstone. The actors are amazing. The story, directing, costumes, everything are so very real. A perfect description of what our ancestors endured on wagon trains going West.

    I think a better title would be "1883: America Expansion ".

    Great acting, good story, definitely portrayed the hardships, cruelty, and price paid of the era. Ending was the weakest part of the story, not very realistic which is why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5.

    appropriate title,good back stories which sometimes seem misplaced in the story.

    Mostly good, but there are too many "pauses" or breaks in the film. Sometimes makes the story a bit disjointed.
