I got six hydration packs for the price of one, and they came with the shoulder straps as well. My package that they shipped in was in bad shape, but not a reflection on the seller, more a USPS problem! I think they throw packages out the door of the truck and go back and pick them up just to throw them in the truck again!! A++ seller, would highly recommend. Thanks!
