The box appears brand new without any noticeable scratches or wear. As a former Fortinet employee, I can assure you this reseller is an authorized reseller you can trust and they will take care of you should an issue arise. Contact information will be included in the box you receive. In my case, item was double boxed including factory box and cable/manual.
