Shipping right on time. Great seller would recommend. Box had tiny bit of scuff marks but that's fine for me. Would recommend seller for general use products. If box is important to you on other products (if a collector or something) then be cautious of that before buying. Everything is great to me though. Loved it. Would recommend seller.

It was not as described -- it had been used (was dirty) rather than just being open box, and had a torn pole clip. I think the person who originally sold the tent to the "clearance store" probably misrepresented the condition. Regardless, the seller was prompt to offer options to fix the problem and readily covered the material costs so we could fix the tent ourselves.
