It was not as described -- it had been used (was dirty) rather than just being open box, and had a torn pole clip. I think the person who originally sold the tent to the "clearance store" probably misrepresented the condition. Regardless, the seller was prompt to offer options to fix the problem and readily covered the material costs so we could fix the tent ourselves. The overall value was good and I think I would feel comfortable doing business with them again.
