Best speaker for the price IMO
OK so I had originally purchased the speakers when they were first released almost 13 years ago I believe and I love them they were very accurate whatever came out of the speakers is what came out everywhere else so eventually I was homeless for a while and my friend let me stay at his house for a long time so I gifted him the speakers now years later I was finally able to buy another pair and I did I bought the white speakers and they look beautiful they sound just like I remember literally so good for the price you honestly cannot beat them

Great monitor speakers
After the caps went bad in my KRK speakers, and the cost to repair was more than replacing, I decided to upgrade. I looked the HS7’s but liked the idea of more bass for my small home studio. I am not disappointed in these speakers. It is certainly a case of you get what you pay for and the HS8’s are worth every penny!!

Audible High Pitch Buzzing from one Monitor
There was an audible high pitched buzzing from one of the monitors. After going through all of the normal steps to troubleshoot and eliminate ground looping the sound persisted. I have returned the speakers.
