    Buyer beware, very poor packing, falling apart and leaking sawdust. Head seems ok, which is a miracle. Not sure if it was like that prior to shipping or due to the poor packing. But the seller refuses to file a claim so we both can get reimbursed if it was the fault of the USPS. But I feel she doesn't want to, because  she knows it was her fault or that it was already damaged and it was not disclosed in the listing. Now she wont answer any of my messages trying to resolve this. NOT A FRENCH DOLL
