The shipping was a little faster than expected for such a large package, and for considering the delays due to weather. The laptops arrived not quite as they were described as they all function very well, and some came with Windows installed already.     laptop stalled, does not have a touch screen as advertised

    not as described, yes it is blue, yes it is light weight, no it does not have a touch screen, also barely connects to the internet. may have made the previous owner happy . Barely worked for me.
