Good Quality Tarp, Not Great but Good. Thinner than the Heavy Duty ones, but for the price a Good value. Finished size is about 8" short on each side so order accordingly.

Cheap blue tarp with silver (heavy duty looking) exterior
Cheap, paper thin blue tarp that they put an exterior silver color on to appear Heavy Duty. It is not... the "rope" is double upped kite string, seams are heat sealed and separate easily. Suggest you spend a little more on eBay and get the actual heavy duty silver tarps.
