I'm not blaming the seller regarding my comments. Caveat Emptor. This thing is 15 years old and so is the data. Although I managed to pull up some TX towns and roads I doubt I'll ever use this for navigation. Manual which i pulled up online refers to a remote keyboard that wasn't included. I should also mention I'm not new to GPS use. I've used them for over 20 years as surveying aids in CO mtns, in airplanes and on boats. I've had a Magellan and 2 Garmins. This was topped off by really lousy service by my local PO....lots of aggravation for me and the seller as well. We already have nav systems in our cars and I was going to put this in an old truck we occasionally use......anyway I'll keep fooling with it as time permits but I'm not optimistic.......caveat emptor......don't expect too much from a 15 year old electronic devise.. .
