I'll say highest Quality because it lights up the green light in the "You could mention topics like:" this box. But quality was not the sellers responsibility. I will say the value was exceptional for the condition. They also had an appearance that was incontestable. And now that all the green lights are lit I'll wrap this up by saying the drives were basically new and passed every test I required of them.
