    Sir item was well photographed as well as it was clear it was an out of box item. all though it was new and we also sent you new hardware free of charge after you wanted to keep the item declining a refund. if you were not satisfied any reasonable person would have accepted a full refund. but thats not what you wanted. you wanted some free hardware and we complied with that request. and yet we are still looking at this ridiculous review. you got EVERYTHING you wanted. Please remove.
