    Seller stated in listing that delivery would be $11.38, which I agreed to pay in fulfillment of the order. That postage is for what the Mail Service deems as "Media Rate", but the packaging for this item is not covered by Media Rate, and Postal Service required that I pay additional $26 before I could take delivery. This was never disclosed by the Seller, who would not refund the overage, even though this additional fee was never part of the finalization of the purchase contract. Unethical.
