Shipped quickly, packaging was okay for an inexpensive item but did not stand up to the damaged caused by the carrier, I am sure the item was as described before the damage was caused by the carrier. Value would have been good if the damage was not caused during shipping. I purchased to repaint however the broken ear and broken saddle, sadly prevented me from being able to use the horse for customizing.

When I messaged this seller, John quickly replied stating that it was indeed a complete set even though it was not. When Janet was getting my cards ready for shipment she found that indeed it was not complete and replaced the three duplicate cards. Overall, a good transaction just which the communication was a little better.
