2015 collection by the most successful post-punk/goth band of the '70s and '80s. Fully supported, endorsed and compiled by Siouxsie & the Banshees. Features longtime Banshees favorites like "Hong Kong Garden," "Happy House," "Kiss Them for Me," "Cities in Dust," and "Peek-A-Boo." Siouxsie and the Banshees will follow this fall's final batch of remasters with a new introductory best-of set called Spellbound: The Collection next month, which comes as the Banshees' take advantage of a renewed relationship with Universal Music. The 18-track set is due out Jan. 12 in the U.K., and touches on each of the band's albums, with songs selected by Severin and Siouxsie Sioux. All tracks, aside from those included from Hyaena and Tinderbox, were remastered in the past year by Kevin Metcalfe.

    Siouxie

    The album is great. All the music that were on several albums in one CD. Siouxie is a Punk to Goth to Electric Dance type of Music. This will make a great addition to your collection of Alternative Music as it is called today. I first heard & saw Siouixe & Banshees on MTV. Back when Music videos were on the channel. Peekaboo is first & most known song. Ethel Waters first sang song in 1938. So did Louis Armstrong. Used in Jeepers Creepers Movie. The Band uses new style of input from electronic & conventional instruments to make a old song that came out many years before sound of new sound. If you are a Alternative Music fan. This is a album for you. Enjoy a album I feel is a must to any collection.

    Entertaining Version/Mix of Hong Kong Garden

    Loved the Marie Antoinette Version of Hong Kong Garden, the light, airy introduction is an amusing and sharp contrast to the typical sound for the group. Placebo Effect was also a pleasant surprise to me since I hadn't heard it before.
