      Works Great!

      I cycle creatine over the year so before I started using ON creatine I had not used creatine for 3 months. I was using "name brands" for years, because of the price I decided to try one not as expensive. With in a week, I see could feel the effects. Like some reviews it is a bit sandy, and does not mix well with liquids, but Hay, no creatine dissolves in liquid. I found this product to work equally as well as the top brand "names" I had use for a fraction of the cost.

      So far so good

      So far the product is okay I will try it for a month to see how good it is I didn't like the shipping UPS drove right by my house to go to the local post office so I had to wait an extra day to get the package why couldn't UPS just drop it off at my house but everything's good so far.

      Creatine

      This particular product mixes easily with orange juice or any juice. All that is needed for optimal maintenance is 2.5 grams a day and if you miss a day no big deal. As long as you don’t exceed recommended amount it should prove effective. Even 1/2 dose is effective as long as it is combined with a good exercise routine.
