      Received in reasonable time. Packing was ok but from my opinion from packages I've received I think it could have a little more padding. UPS and USPS both have delivered beat up packages. The laptop was as described with one exception. The Window OS wasn't activated. I requested a key from the seller and he obliged. Thought I would have trouble but he came through. I'm quite happy with the results and would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
