    It look a long time, almost a week for the seller to initially ship out the laptop. When I received it, the laptop arrived with damage that was not described in the listing (LCD connector was burned out at the motherboard, and cable was also damaged). I requested a return and shipped it back, but it took the seller another 4 days after receipt with a reminder message to finally refund my purchase. In the end, I did get my money back, but it was not quick or seamless.

    This guy is a scammer, I bought 8 toner cartridges, he sent me 2 packages of 4 each, the toner cartridges were not in the same condition as he told me, they were opened, he was not even able to put them in a box, he just put tape on them. Now that I make the return, he tells me that they arrived partially, which doesn't make sense, he sent me only one label, that's why I made a package with the 8 toner cartridges.     Ebay standards do not require a specific kind of packaging. The items arrived to you intact. Granted, the tab torn from the cardboard was not stated and we corrected that for future orders. I did not provide the label, ebay did so your complaint about return-shipping belongs with them instead of trying to damage my business with others. Finally, the comments you made via messages were distasteful, inappropriate and borderline threatening. Few would try to work with you; You went off the rails.
