Already has a new battery as well as extra RAM; nothing is broken and it even has the touchscreen which is a nice bonus that I was not expecting. Included charger isn't OEM but appears to be good quality, and charges as it should. Fast shipping and solid price. I would buy from this company again if I needed another T480.

Additionally, after testing the laptop there had been an issue with a missing 8gb stick of ram. I contacted the seller and they were able to assist me in a very short time period (<2 days). These guys are great and I would definitely buy from them again

Needed a little cleaning, and the battery was on the way out, but the replacement was cheap and easy to install. I did notice that the housing screws on the bottom panel were loose. No big deal. The only thing I will say is that an item with a description of unknown ram/ssd suggests there is ram/ssd in the item, not NONE. That said it was a steal as it works perfectly as you will see in the enclosed pics. I still recommend this seller to all
