    Item arrived in the state listed in the description minus the screen having a small knick in it, but not a big deal. Item was packaged very well. Shipping took a little while, but that could be due in part the end of year holidays. I would recommend the seller and buy from them again. Value is pretty much on point as I'd want to use my own drive for security purposes, so saved some money by it already being removed and marked down.

    Item arrived quickly from CA to MN in superiorly protective packaging. Unit's exterior cosmetic damage is just as was shown and fully disclosed in Seller's listing. Despite its exterior damage, the receiver is entirely functional just as the Seller assured in the listing. Given the damage is now completely hidden by an AV cabinet and its totally functionality, I consider the purchase of this receiver a good value from an honest, trustworthy Seller.
