    I ordered a Will Clark bobble head. Despite excellent packaging and the figure being completely wrapped in bubble wrap, the bat on the figure was broken off. I emailed the seller, who responded in minutes and issued a refund. Not the most ideal situation with the figure being damaged, but the seller went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and backing up their product.
