    Well worth the money easy to use

    Sprinter 314 cdi SRS light came on, rather than go to the Mercedes dealer I bought this scanner. The Icarsoft Mb v2 sorted my problem.My engine battery was slowly expiring which had triggered the SRS light.I bought a new battery cleared the light and all was restored to normal. Mercedes dealers charge about £90 just to plug in a scanner every time you turn up with a fault.I paid about £130 ish this scanner can do dpf regen and so many other things very easily.The instruction supplied are easy also there a number of Youtube video's by individuals which can help the nervous types

    It didn't solve my DPF problem. DPF forced degeneration did not work despite prior assurance it will.

    Bought it for my Mercedes Benz W212 250cdi 2011 for DPF filter forced regeneration. I was assured the tool will work. The scanner came with the latest software version already installed. After connection I was able to read all of the error codes and clear them out (just one in my case) and read life data as well. However the package says 'reading error' when DPF forced regeneration initiated after reading the never ending list of disclaimers. Another downside is that forced regeneration is for driving mode only (maybe it will continue whilst the vehicle is stationary but I didn't have a chance to test it). The English language is horrible you really don't know when the engine should be running or the key should be just in the first or second turned on position. Xentry is much more clear ...

    Perfect product friendly staff

    As the saying goes does exactly what is says on the tin. Product works perfectly on my mercedes benz. My vehicle has been fully repaired and reset using this tool. I do a limited amount of car repairs and am considering buying another model by the same people which does other makes of cars. Highly recommend this item if you work on mercedes benz.

    I had several problems with my Mercedes and the garage (a national chain) spent several hours with the car and finally pronounced it to have more problems than it actually did. The cost of all the repairs was not calculated but was going to be substantial and open ended from the discussion I had with them. The car had gone into limp mode so it was struggling quiet badly with no turbo, the temptation was to say just get on with it, but thankfully I decided to order this diagnostic machine because I wasn't happy with the diagnosis I was given!
