After days of no tracking updates, inquired with the seller only to be ignored. At some point, noticed package on my porch--no notification, no idea how long it had been sitting there. We have a lot of issues with package theft in our area, hence accurate tracking is a must. It wasn't until days after this arrived that the seller finally responded, noting it was delivered. Rude, terrible CS, cannot recommend.
