    Seller sent the Thursday Boot Company "Dutchess" model rather than the "Duke" as shown. They mis identified a Men's shoe for a Women's and refused a full refund for the mistake. Was NOT as described. eBay verified their error with photos of the boot next to a ruler and the refund was still refused. Claimed it was "buyers remorse or that I don't know what size shoe I wear" I still need boots, you are crooks, I'm done with eBay There is no protection for buyers and you pay for sellers mistakes.
