    the seller did not include a power cord, then gave a very sarcastic reply when I inquired. The seller did not refund money so I was forced to go through eBays long process of dispute resolution. the seller refused to pay for return shipping. I cannot recommend this eBay seller. Terrible customer service, item was missing parts and no refund issued when requested

    A standard power cord was left out of box, responded immediately, apologized for my mistake, offered to send one via Amazon, would arrive the very next day, buyer cussed me out several times, told me I needed to quit Ebay because I "wasn't very good at it." Sent box back with a horrible chemical smell that stunk up my whole car for several days! Too scared to even open it. I guess some people are just determined to make a small issue into a huge problem.
