      The first DVD sent came in shrink wrapped box and listed as new. However, when I opened the box the disk was scratched in several places. It stalled out at 12% in the installation process. I contacted the seller, who said these programs are shipped directly from their supplier and not through the seller. They had another disk sent and upon opening, found the disk to be in near perfect shape. Kuddos to seller for prompt response & hassle free replacement. Not impressed with their supplier.

      A little iffy after I purchased the item (Office software) as it wasn't being shipped. When following up on purchase I was getting message indicating seller was away and wouldn't be back for about a month. Seller did after a day or two respond and I did get the item about a week later. Packaging wasn't what was suggested in the listing...only a flash drive and a sheet of paper with instructions and a product key on it in a basic USPS mailing envelope. Installation went fine so for now I'm happy.

      I ordered four of this item. Two were delivered broken. Seller immediately replaced the broken ones. From the time that I submitted the order to the time the replacement arrived, the seller was in constant contact via email, so replacing the broken ones was an easy process. I still need time to evaluate the function of the items, but I would definitely recommend the seller.
