    Old school comic fan

    It's an ok movie. I enjoyed the nod to the first movie in the opening sequence. Unfortunately for me I have read Iron Man comics for years. I was all sorts of excited to see him go against his arch nemesis the Mandarin. What they did with that character was criminal and ruined the movie for me. If you can watch it as a self contained story with no connection to the comic book canon you should enjoy it. Unfortunately I couldn't do that. The years of stories I had read is what I wanted to see come alive. I hope you can enjoy it regardless. This is just my personal opinion.

    This #3 addition is my favorite

    This DVD was in great condition when arrived. Of course, Robert Downey Jr. is the only actor to portray Iron Man perfectly. He really settled into this character in #3, and the rest of the cast and director followed suit making this my favorite of the 3. But, was a difficult decision to make...Wouldn't it be great to see #4?

    Better Villains make for awesome movies

    Best Iron Man of the series primarily because it has a well developed villain. This is lacking, not just in previous Iron Man films, but most Marvel films. Definitely a worthwhile watch.

    Not as good as other Marvel movies even though it made a billion dollars at the box office.

    I did not really like Iron Man 2 or 3. The villains were not particularly interesting as in many of the other Marvel movies. The story lines in both movies was not particularly compelling either.
