Great Value
Great value. However, one of the lock pin holes was not large enough for the lock pin to slide through easily. I had to drill out this one hole. Otherwise, this bike rack is very sturdy and well constructed. The hitch is designed properly so the first bicycle closest to vehicle is still more than 12 inches away from the vehicle body. I did use a bungee cord to loop around the bicycle and rack so the bicycle would not swing back and forth when accelerating or braking. It is very easy to remove the lower lock pin to rotate the rack and bicycle away to open the rear hatch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great design... quality parts
It easily folds up tight to rear bumper when not in use and lowers to give trunk access by removing one pin. The picture shows an extra strap and lock. The carrier is bolted on at the hitch in stead of using a pin which reduces any waggling but requires simple tools to remove. We travel the country and this bike carrier makes taking our bikes hassell free...

Quality built for the money!
Great fit in our hitch and our bikes fit very nicely on the cradles. Need two 3/4" wrenches to remove the bolt that locks the hitch to the hitch. This does keep the connection very tight with the poly nut. Keep the wrenches handy if you want to remove the rack from your vehicle. Capacity is definitely there for three small bikes, however my wife and I have large downhill mountain bikes and it really can only handle two of them at a time. Nice bike rack,must use some bungee cords to help secure bike as an added precaution.
Appears to be a sturdy rack, not bad for the price. Easy to assemble. Like the fold down feature for accessing your tailgate. I have a larger tube frame bike, could use bigger hold downs.
