    Brand new Grohe faucet in unopened box, with slight damage to the box, but the contents in perfect condition,. Delivery was prompt and everything exactly as promised. The only minor suggestion I would offer is that the lack of a shipping box creates a potential for damage. Happily, there was no damage to the contents. All in all, this was a great value for which I'm appreciative.

    UPDATED Review: Item was not new. It seems like random parts were put into a crusty old box and sent out to unsuspecting buyers. In my instance a valve body was sent that did not fit the faucet, in spite of pictures he blamed the plumber. Unresponsive to return request. This item is a useless set of parts put together for unsuspecting buyers. This is not new, incorrectly listed as new! Update- Had to go thru eBAY to get this resolved!!! He did not willingly fix the problem.

    BEWARE Sellers, just another customer who bought a high quality high priced item that clearly states no returns accepted. Then decided to return it because their plumber couldn't install because this requires someone with European plumbing knowledge, then claims that the parts don't fit together. What a scammer. BEWARE SELLERS.
